We are seeking a highly motivated and caring SEND Support Assistant to join our team at a school in Acton, Ealing. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with children with special educational needs and a commitment to providing high-quality support and care.

As a SEND Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs, enabling them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teachers, other support staff, and parents to develop and implement individualized plans that meet the unique needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing individualized support to students with special educational needs.
  • Assisting students with daily living tasks, such as toileting and feeding.
  • Supporting students during lessons and activities.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized plans for students.
