- Provide individualized support to students with SEN, adapting materials and lesson plans as needed
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social skills and independence
- Assist teachers in delivering lesson plans and monitoring student progress
- Support students with personal care, mobility, and other practical needs
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN
- Caring and patient approach, with a passion for helping students overcome challenges
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent)
