As a Pharmacy Manager, you will play a key role in leading our pharmacy team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care and advice to patients and teams across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to medicine optimization policies and procedures.
- Provide oversight of Pharmaceutical stock procurement.
- Deliver high-quality clinical care and advice to patients and teams.
- Lead a team to enhance service and standards.
- Make decisions and use initiative.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (No Restrictions on Practice).
- Experience of working in a clinical setting as a Pharmacist.
- Leadership/managerial experience in a Hospital Pharmacy setting.
- Awareness and knowledge of Oncology Pharmacy.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and influence others.
Ideal Candidate:
You will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and influence others. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be confident to work independently as well as a member of our larger health professional community, leading a team to always strive to improve the quality of our services for our patients.
