The Role

We're looking for a talented Freelance Art Director to join our team. As an Art Director, you'll be responsible for creating meaningful digital experiences that inspire and engage millions of people. You'll work closely with our team to develop innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

What You'll Bring

  • Excellence in creative collaboration, communication, and problem-solving
  • Superior understanding of advertising, marketing, and visual design principles
  • Strong knowledge of responsive/accessible interactive design, brand identity design, UI design, conceptual campaigns, and social content
  • Expertise in creative composition, effective visual hierarchy, color theory, graphic fundamentals, and typography
  • Thorough understanding of production requirements for both online and offline deliverables
  • Ability to communicate effectively in presentations and writing
  • Sketching out storyboards and mocks for animation, video, and illustration direction
  • Experience collaborating with illustrators and designers
  • Gracefully handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Brainstorming with a team and by yourself where required
  • Excellent proficiency with primary software packages — Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace
  • Ability to effectively articulate sound recommendations, both internally and with our clients
