Friendly Department Assistant

This exciting opportunity at TipTopJob involves working as a key member of the customer service team, contributing to delivering exceptional support to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Routine order processing: Enter orders accurately onto the computer system when requests are received from service users, carers, family members, or prescribers.
- Scheduling orders: Make contact with service users and agree on a convenient delivery/collection/repair date within company KPIs.
- Daily engineer scheduling: Ensure engineers are booked daily to capacity.
- Excellent customer communication: Answer daily calls in a courteous and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service, answering queries and resolving issues to an effective solution or outcome in all cases.
- Administrative oversight: Oversee the daily operation of administrative systems within the service, adhering to Ross Care procedures.
- Clinical appointment booking: Book clinical appointments from waiting lists and ensure clinicians are booked to capacity in line with company KPIs.
You will also undertake additional tasks as assigned by your Line Manager to ensure the service remains effective and efficient.
