Purchase Ledger Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join our dynamic finance team in North Leeds, UK. The successful candidate will manage purchase ledger activities, process invoices, reconcile accounts, and provide support to internal staff and external suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years' experience working in a fast-paced finance department, preferably with multiple companies. They will be able to work with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, and will be confident in using MS Excel and Word.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase ledger activities for both UK and US businesses, including checking and posting invoices, reconciling accounts, and dealing with invoice queries.
- Process staff expenses and prepare payment runs.
- Manage staff credit card monthly process.
- Provide transactional cover for the team when away from the office.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as requested by management.
