Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Response Officer to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless care delivery

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and carers

• Participate in on-call rosters, including weekends and bank holidays

• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• First Aid Certificate (training will be provided if necessary)

• Manual and automatic driving licenses (vehicle provided)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
