Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Homine Response Officer to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to elderly, vulnerable, and disabled individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Supporting individuals with complex needs, including those with physical or learning disabilities.
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with service users, their families, and carers.

Requirements:

  • First Aid Certificate (training will be provided if necessary).
  • Manual and Automatic driving license (vehicle provided).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and Bank holidays.
  • Common sense approach to minor technical faults.
  • Background in care may be an advantage.
