Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Response Officer to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. As a Home Response Officer, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to vulnerable adults in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of care services

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and carers

• Identify and address any risks or concerns related to service users' health and wellbeing

Requirements:

• First Aid Certificate (training will be provided if necessary)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Manual and Automatic driving licence (vehicle provided)

Working Arrangements:

• Shift work (12 hours) over a 7-day week, including days and nights

• 12-month contract available to successful candidates
