About the Role:
  • Develop and execute retention strategies to drive growth and maintain customer databases
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, creative, and customer service teams to ensure alignment in achieving growth objectives
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and create powerful data-driven flows and segments to promote growth
  • Implement A/B testing to refine email content, subject lines, and delivery times for optimal results
  • Stay informed about data privacy regulations and compliance to ensure all email campaigns adhere to legal standards
Requirements:
  • Proven performance record including increased customer retention, LTV, revenue, and profitability through a clearly defined and robustly executed retention strategy
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Fluent understanding of the Klaviyo email marketing platform, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with our team and external partners
