Job Title: Pensions Technology Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pensions Technology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce operations team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective retention strategies to stimulate growth and maintain our customer databases across all platforms and channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data-driven retention strategies to drive growth and maintain customer databases
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and create powerful data-driven flows and segments to promote growth
  • Implement A/B testing to refine email content, subject lines, and delivery times for optimal results
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, creative and customer service teams to ensure alignment in achieving growth objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including ad networks, agencies, and marketing technology vendors
Requirements:
  • Proven performance record including increased customer retention, LTV, revenue and profitability through a clearly defined and robustly executed retention strategy
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Fluent understanding of the Klaviyo email marketing platform, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to drive business growth
