About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Branch and Sales Support Administrator. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional administration and sales support to our branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team in generating quotations and winning orders for repair and upgrade works to domestic and industrial lift equipment.
  • Proactively follow up with customers after generating quotations to ensure timely resolution.
  • Produce regular sales reports identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist colleagues in completing tenders, PQQs, and responding to a wide range of enquiries.
  • Establish and build rapport with customers to drive sales growth.
  • Process invoices and resolve any queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform general administration tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and dealing with couriers and post.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment, ideally within a sales support capacity.
  • A good level of education, including GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent.
  • NVQ in Administration or sales equivalent is desirable.
