**Role Overview:** We are seeking an experienced KS2 Intervention Teacher to join our team at Smile Education. As a primary intervention specialist, you will be responsible for delivering tailored lessons to small groups of children, focusing on core subjects such as Maths, English, and Science.

**About the Role:

This is a full-time position requiring a qualified teacher (QTS) with experience in KS2 or relevant intervention teaching. You will need to possess a passion for working with children and supporting their academic and personal growth. A patient, positive, and adaptable approach to teaching is essential, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with both children and colleagues.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities:**

  1. Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for small groups of children.
  2. Foster improvement in Maths, English, and Science by bridging learning gaps and strengthening core skills.
  3. Provide targeted interventions to support children who need additional help to meet age-related expectations.
  4. Monitor and assess progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and staff.
  5. Collaborate with class teachers to align interventions with the school curriculum.
