We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Band 5 Staff Nurse to join our dynamic Emergency Department team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Band 5 Staff Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will be responsible for:
- Providing individualized and holistic patient care, working in conjunction with the interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary teams.
- Developing and implementing care plans, prioritizing clinical work effectively, and recognizing own limitations and working within the limits of competence.
- Communicating effectively in both written and oral manner, working effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Registration as a Degree Registered Nurse or equivalent experience.
- NMC Registration in the UK.
- Ability to carry out essential nursing care and procedures, prioritize clinical work effectively, and recognize own limitations and work within limits of competence.
We would welcome applications from candidates with:
- Previous Emergency Department experience.
- Experience of working in an Acute Care Setting.
- Immediate Life Support qualification.
