- Estimate Preparation: Accurately assess vehicle condition and provide detailed estimates for repairs and maintenance.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with customers, technicians, and other team members.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as data entry, record keeping, and inventory management.
- Strong Customer Service Skills: Possess strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Automotive Service Procedures: Knowledge of automotive service procedures and terminology (preferred).
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems and software (e.g. Kerridge/Babbidge, Microsoft Office).
- Full UK Driving Licence: Possess a full UK driving licence.
- Salary & OTE: Salary & OTE £32,000.
