At Swallowcourt Limited, we are seeking a dedicated and committed Care Assistant to join our team of professionals providing high-quality care services to elderly individuals across our homes.

About the Role

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity to work as a Support Worker in one of our Elderly Care Homes. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care to our residents, ensuring their dignity, respect, and well-being are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support and care to elderly residents with varying needs.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

We offer competitive pay rates, including a 25 per hour salary, plus overtime paid at time and a half, night enhancements, and weekend enhancements.
