We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to provide administrative support for our on-site personnel in Milton Keynes. This is a 10-12 week contract opportunity to work with our experienced team and contribute to the smooth running of recruitment administration and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities- Support the full recruitment life cycle, from role approval to offer, including related administrative tasks.
- Manage roles in recruitment systems, making amendments, confirming interviews, and supporting new starter setup.
- Generate reports and handle ad hoc administrative tasks across the account.
- Communicate with stakeholders, suppliers, and candidates.
- Assist with the onboarding of candidates.
We need a professional coordinator who can build rapport with our team, candidates, workers, and clients. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, reliable, and proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel), with experience in a recruitment or HR environment.
