About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual who can provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver High-Quality Care: Work within the policies and procedures of the client environment to ensure effective delivery of care services.
- Monitor Administrative Requirements: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legislative standards and home working practices.
- Promote a Safe Environment: Encourage the delivery of a safe and structured environment that promotes the well-being of children and young people.
- Engage with Young People: Proactively engage with young people who display challenging behavior, promoting positive relationships and behavior management strategies.
- Safeguarding Protocols: Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children and young people at all times, adhering to safeguarding protocols.
