About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our operational administration team at Bridge House in Sleaford. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the brokerage and clinical admin functions of All-Age Continuing Care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data inputting of patient information
  • Telephone contact with patients and clinical staff
  • Processing letters and emails
  • Providing general administration support
What You Will Be Doing

You will be working closely with the brokerage and clinical admin teams to ensure the smooth operation of our services. This will involve sourcing care home placements, processing incoming referrals, and arranging assessments and review outcomes.
