Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Theatre Practitioner (Scrub) to join our team at Merco Medical Staffing Limited. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting our surgeons in the operating theatre.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working 37.5 hours per week. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. In return, you will receive a competitive salary, private healthcare insurance, and a contributory pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional patient care and support to our surgeons in the operating theatre
  • Assisting with surgical procedures and maintaining a safe and clean environment
  • Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients

Requirements:

  • Registered to practice in the UK (HCPC/NMC)
  • Extensive scrub experience in various surgical specialties
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and eager to develop
