We are seeking an experienced and skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital in a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in theatre practice, with experience working as a scrub practitioner in orthopaedic theatre.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting surgeons during procedures, maintaining a safe and efficient operating theatre environment, and providing excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons during operations, ensuring seamless procedure execution.
- Maintain a clean and organized operating theatre, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient theatre utilization.
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing or Operating Department Practice (ODP), with relevant qualifications and certifications.
- Proven experience in theatre practice, with a focus on orthopaedic procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
