About the PositionWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Teaching Assistant to join our team and support the emotional well-being of students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Support students with SEN in their learning and development.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students with mental health needs.
- Build positive relationships with students, helping them to develop confidence and resilience.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teaching team.
- A minimum of 6 months experience working with children or young people with mental health needs or SEN.
- Previous experience as a teaching assistant or similar role is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary based on experience (£28,000 - £35,000 per annum).
