About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to work as a Bank SEN Adult Support Worker. As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our young adults, promoting their confidence and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to our young adults during daily activities, including washing, dressing, socialising, learning, and personal care.
  • Ensure medical needs are met at all times and assist with therapy sessions such as hydrotherapy and rebound therapy.
  • Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with our young adults, empowering them to grow and develop.
  • Ensure the environment is safe, supportive, and enjoyable for all.
What We Offer

As a Bank SEN Adult Support Worker, you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts, working days or nights, weekdays or weekends. You will be part of a supportive team who share a common goal of empowering and supporting our young adults.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be willing to lend a hand wherever required, be flexible, and have a drive to empower and transform lives. Experience is not essential, but a passion for working with young adults with special educational needs and disabilities is.
