Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care and support to our young adults during daily activities, including washing, dressing, socializing, learning, and personal care.
- Ensure medical needs are met at all times and assist with therapy sessions such as hydrotherapy and rebound therapy.
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with our young adults, empowering them to grow and develop.
- Ensure the environment is safe, supportive, and enjoyable for all.
Requirements:
- Experience in care and support work is not essential, but a willingness to learn and adapt is crucial.
- Ability to work flexibly, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate linked to competency and qualifications.
- 0.5% holiday pay.
