Join Our Team as a Psychology Graduate

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Psychology Graduate to join our team at Academics. As a Psychology Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work with a small group of children between the ages of 5-11 who have a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly autism and moderate learning difficulties.

Our school caters for children and young people with complex SEN, and we are looking for someone who is motivated by supporting and helping children with special educational needs. As a Psychology Graduate, you will provide one-on-one support to students, helping them to overcome their challenges and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing individualized support to students with SEN
  • Working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • Assisting students with daily living skills, such as personal care and mobility
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with SEN
  • Desire to work in a challenging yet rewarding setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
