Sales Order Processing Coordinator

Job Title: Senior Sales Order Processing Coordinator
Location: Oxfordshire
The successful candidate will work for a fast-growing supplier in a rapidly expanding sales team. The role involves processing sales orders, allocating stock, liaising with sales managers and agents, and performing general administrative tasks.
- Process sales orders onto SAGE 200 software
- Handle customer queries, update order status, and be proactive in resolving issues
- Ensure timely receipt and processing of sales orders for all customers
- Manage administrative tasks such as credit notes, invoicing, and filing
- Update key customer listing and promotional data
- Update Mail Order price lists
- Provide office support for the sales teams
- Offer contact and support to customers
- Chase overdue payments from customers
Requirements:
- High-level Microsoft software suite competence
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Task management skills
- Proactive attitude
Benefits:
- 22 days holiday increasing by one day annually up to 25 days
- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- Pension scheme with 3% employer contribution
Salary: Estimated £28,000 - £32,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
