HR Consultant

Narrow Quay HR is an HR consultancy with a reputation for providing high-quality HR support across various sectors. As a subsidiary of VWV, a leading law firm, we offer a unique blend of HR expertise and legal knowledge.

Our key areas of work include providing day-to-day HR support to clients, undertaking workplace investigations, working on projects such as consultation exercises, and delivering training to clients. We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team and become a key member of our collaborative team.

This is an opportunity to work with a growing business that requires our support more than ever. We are seeking an HR Consultant to work with us on a part-time basis, ideally 4 days a week, to start as soon as possible.

Is This the Right Role for You?

As an HR Consultant with Narrow Quay HR, you will work collaboratively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored HR solutions. You will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with clients and work on a variety of HR projects, including workplace investigations and training.

Our team members have a background in employment law, providing clients with solid legal grounding and HR expertise. We are looking for someone who is confident working independently and has experience of complex workplace investigations.

Where Will I Be Working?

Our HR Consultants work remotely, but you will be expected to come into our Bristol office on a monthly basis to meet with the team and clients. You will also have the opportunity to work from our offices in London, Birmingham, and Watford.
