About the Role

Narrow Quay HR, a subsidiary of VWV, is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with clients to provide day-to-day HR support, undertake workplace investigations, and work on strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support to clients across various sectors, including education, charities, blue light services, and SMEs.
  • Conduct workplace investigations into grievances, disciplinary issues, and complaints.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and work with them on a variety of HR issues.
  • Support the wider work of the team, including HR projects, training, and panel support.
Requirements

We are looking for a strong and experienced HR practitioner with a background in employment law or a similar field. You will have experience of complex workplace investigations and be confident working independently. Experience in the education sector, health sector, or blue light sector is desirable.

Working Arrangements
