Are you an experienced travel industry professional looking for a challenging role that will allow you to develop and manage global client relationships?

We are working with an established travel management company (TMC) who are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Travel Account Manager to join their team in Central London offices.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with international clients, managing client spend of £1 million+ and implementing effective client relationships to ensure quality service, maximum account expansion/penetration, retention and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective client relationships at the decision-maker level to maximise revenue from all company products and services.
  • Develop and execute customer service call plans and account reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide proactive, consultative service and state-of-the-art product enhancements to accounts.
  • Negotiate preferred vendor programmes for corporate clients, including air, car, hotel, and credit card.
  • Consult with clients on travel management practices, including travel policy, best practices, traveller safety, benchmarking, visa requirements, VAT reclamations, etc.
  • Maintain client database of negotiated programmes.
  • Serve as project manager between the company and corporate clients regarding on-line booking products and services, including implementation schedule and product penetration.
  • Communicate progress and status of activity to management.
  • Provide data analysis and consultation for optimal cost savings travel programmes.
  • Facilitate customer needed travel education opportunities.
  • Cross-sell company products and services.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the business travel market.
  • Data consolidation and business analysis.
  • Project Management delivery.
  • Management of partnership satisfaction.
  • Manage and report on service level agreement and scorecard of overall partnership programme.
The Package:
  • A salary of £50,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus/incentives.
  • Hybrid working conditions (3 days in the office / 2 from home).
  • Office locations - Central London.
