About the Role

Moonbug Entertainment, a leading global entertainment company, is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Associate General Manager, CoComelon. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the Franchise and serving as the primary expert on the brand and its competitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive 3-year growth plan for the Franchise, including key benchmarks and KPIs for commercial departments.
  • Establish yourself as the leading expert on the Franchise, its audience, and customer, as well as all competitive brands in the space.
  • Collaborate with senior management to allocate resources and improve the Franchise.
  • Oversee the creation of key sales materials, brand statistics, and talking points, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to the company.
  • Evaluate commercial opportunities and create business models for new content investments, distribution deals, brand partnerships, and new business development opportunities.
  • Track daily business operations and report updates across the business.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in media and entertainment, management consulting, or brand strategy.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing brand strategies.
  • Experience building and interpreting financial models.
  • Deep understanding of the digital media landscape.
  • Excellent commercial understanding of business.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Results-orientated approach.
  • Effective planning and organization skills, ability to multitask.
