Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bar Waiter/Waitress. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, working closely with the restaurant and reception team to ensure seamless communication, and promoting our brand values of positivity and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Table Service
    • Provide table service to guests, taking orders and running trays of food and drinks to guest tables.
    • Offer personalized drinks recommendations and make genuine conversation to get to know our guests.
  • Communication
    • Work closely with the restaurant and reception team to ensure effective communication and a seamless guest experience.
  • Knowledge and Recommendations
    • Have a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage menu options to offer guests recommendations, including understanding allergens present.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent service standards and promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of working experience, ideally in a hospitality environment.
  • Skills
    • Previous waiting or coffee shop experience is strongly preferred.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work at pace and be physically active for the duration of your shift.
    • Willing and able to pour, serve, and sell alcohol.
    • Flexible with shift patterns and available around the needs of our business.
  • Personality
    • An outgoing personality with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service.
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
