About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at RBH Hospitality Management. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our hotel rooms and public areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Work collaboratively with the Executive Housekeeper and other team members to achieve our housekeeping goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by maintaining a positive and flexible attitude.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, but not essential.
