About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at The Met Hotel Leeds. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our hotel rooms and public areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel's high standards are met
  • Work collaboratively with the Executive Housekeeper and other team members to achieve our goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by being flexible and adaptable in your work
