About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Asset Management System Specialist to join our team at AWE. As a key member of our Asset Management group, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic Asset Management System capabilities within the Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management SaaS System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the EAM subject matter expert, supporting business areas in process development and system deployment.
  • Support the implementation of the Asset Management Functional Roadmap.
  • Work closely with the Senior Enterprise Asset Management System Specialist, providing technical support and collaborating on project delivery.
  • Engage with stakeholders and IS to deliver strategic projects, ensuring designs meet business needs and align with the function strategy.
  • Deliver tasks in support of project delivery, including system configuration change, deployment, and transition into the EAM operational team.
Requirements
  • HNC/HND or equivalent in IT/Business management or Engineering Discipline.
  • Knowledge of the EAM system is desirable.
  • Experience in project management, with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, translating strategy into plans, and detailed working knowledge of legislation and its application in asset operations.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing software platform operational use and development projects.
