Job Title: Enterprise Asset Management System Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Asset Management System Specialist to join our team at AWE. As a key member of our Asset Management group, you will be responsible for delivering strategic Asset Management System capabilities within the Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management SaaS System.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the EAM subject matter expert in terms of functionality and capability, supporting business areas in process development and system deployment.
  • Support the implementation of the Asset Management Functional Roadmap.
  • Work closely with the Senior Enterprise Asset Management System Specialist providing technical support to them and the project team.
  • Engage with the business/stakeholders and IS to deliver strategic projects.
  • Deliver tasks in support of project delivery through the live production environment.
  • Support the development of requirements capture.
  • Ensure designs meet the needs of the business and align with the function strategy.
  • Ensure Design is fully documented, comprehensive system & user testing is completed, and end user training is provided.
  • Support the deployment, including the transition into EAM operational team.
Requirements:
  • HNC/HND or equivalent in IT/Business management or Engineering Discipline.
  • Knowledge of the EAM system would be desirable.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Be able to think strategically with an ability to translate strategy into plans.
  • Detailed working knowledge of legislation and its application in asset operations.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing software platform operational use and development projects.

All candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role and be willing and able to work in designated areas.
