Engineering Manager

AWE is currently recruiting for an Engineering Manager - Maintenance Specialist to work within our Nuclear Risk Management Team, supporting infrastructure, plant and equipment projects directly related to Nuclear Safety.
Responsibilities:
- Managing cross-functional teams to deliver workplace solutions within a highly regulated environment.
- Ensuring compliance with nuclear safety regulations and standards.
- Developing and implementing maintenance plans and strategies to minimize risks and optimize operations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.
Requirements:
- Experience in process safety management and enterprise asset management systems.
- Strong understanding of nuclear safety principles and regulations.
- Ability to work calmly and constructively in a priority-changing environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
