Responsibilities:

As a Senior Elderly Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of our residential care home, including:
  • Coordinating care planning and delivery, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained
  • Leading and motivating our team to deliver outstanding results, promoting a culture of excellence and quality
  • Liaising with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and client access as agreed within the Council for Social Witness and in keeping with legislation and guidance for residential care


We offer a competitive salary of £13.03-£13.13 per hour, plus benefits including a discount card, enhanced annual leave, free uniform and training, and more. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to our elderly residents, we would love to hear from you.

Please note that this role requires flexible hours working, including weekends, and a willingness to maintain registration with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council.
