Are you looking for a rewarding career in care? Amica Care Trust is seeking a Cleanliness and Support Team Member to join their team. As a key member of the care home staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and support for residents.
The successful candidate will have a high attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and a welcoming working style. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
In return for your commitment, Amica Care Trust offers a competitive salary of approximately £23,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a welcome bonus, cycle to work scheme, and refer a friend bonus.
Your duties will include ensuring visitors and residents receive a great first impression, maintaining the cleanliness of residents' rooms and common areas, providing a personal laundry service, and undertaking other general tasks as required.
