Production Manager - Food

Cast UK Limited is seeking an experienced Food Production Manager to join their team in London. As a key member of the food production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest food quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the food production team to achieve high-quality food products
  • Develop and implement food safety and quality control procedures
  • Collaborate with the Head of Food to ensure menu development and cost of goods (COGs) are aligned with business objectives
  • Manage food production processes to meet customer demands and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in food production, preferably in frozen foods
  • Highly computer literate with experience in food safety and quality control software
  • Food Hygiene Level 3 minimum and HACCP and COSHH trained
  • Extensive SALSA experience and excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Able to prioritize and allocate time effectively and lead a team to achieve high-quality food products
