About the Role

This Field Epidemiology Training Programme Fellow role is an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in public health and epidemiology. The programme provides comprehensive training and experience in field epidemiology, enabling Fellows to develop the skills and knowledge required to tackle complex public health challenges.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in a relevant field, such as Epidemiology or Public Health, and have demonstrated experience in public health, health protection, or epidemiology. They should also be able to demonstrate a keen interest in applied epidemiology, such as evidenced by career progression and/or CPD to date.

In this role, you will work closely with experienced professionals in the field to gain hands-on experience in conducting investigations, analyzing data, and presenting findings. You will also participate in formal taught training courses, including statistical analysis of epidemiological or health datasets.
