Job Title: Academic Tutor

Location: Face to Face

Job Type: Part-Time

Working Days: Monday to Friday 9am-11am

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Academic Tutor to provide personalised learning support to a student to help with their Maths & English. As an Academic Tutor, you will have the opportunity to offer face-to-face tuition tailored to the students individual needs. Our ideal candidates are experts in their subject areas and committed to helping students achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one tutoring, face to face
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual students needs.
  • Assist with homework, exam preparation, and skill development.
  • Track and report student progress to parents and/or teachers.
  • Create a positive, engaging, and motivating learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in one or more academic subjects (e.g., Math, Science, English, etc.)
  • QTS preferred but not essential
  • Prior experience in tutoring or teaching
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to teach in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject area (or in progress).
  • Reliable internet connection for online tutoring (if applicable).
  • Flexibility to schedule sessions between Monday to Friday based on student availability.
