Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Administrative Support Professional to join our team as an Office & Assurance Administrator. As the ideal candidate, you will have strong organizational skills and be able to work well independently and within a team. You will provide first-line support for incoming calls, post, and general reception duties. Your role will involve coordinating travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements, as well as assisting in daily office tasks.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of PC skills and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Prior experience in administration or office management is a plus but not essential. We offer a competitive salary of £27,250 per annum, 25 days annual leave, vitality healthcare, group income protection, and life insurance.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skill set and progress to more senior positions in office management, compliance, HR, or assurance. In this role, you will be supported with training and guidance to help you take the next step in your career. Key responsibilities include supporting the HR & Assurance Manager with auditing, assessments, and compliance activities. The role also involves contributing to ongoing improvements in office processes and efficiency.

Key Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and be fluent in English. You must have a general education (GCSEs or equivalent) and prior experience in administration or office management is a plus but not essential.
