Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Financial Regulatory Reporting to join our team at MDM Resourcing. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for leading all financial reporting and planning functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts and statutory reports.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to support decision-making and drive financial strategy.
  • Manage a finance team, providing mentorship and ensuring the implementation of best practices.
  • Develop and implement financial planning and reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial information.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Proven track record in financial leadership roles, with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong technical skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
