Support Worker Job Description:
In this rewarding role, you'll work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with Special Educational Needs in a primary school setting in Waterloo. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of these students.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Provide individualized support to students with SEN, helping them build confidence and overcome challenges.
  2. Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  3. Contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the emotional and social growth of all students.
  4. Assist with various classroom tasks and activities to ensure all students are fully engaged and included.
  5. Develop strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on student progress and achievements.

Essential Skills and Qualities:
- A positive attitude, patience, and enthusiasm for working with students with SEN are essential.
- Adaptability and creativity in supporting children with diverse learning styles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with staff and families.
