Logical Personnel Solutions are recruiting for a Cost Administrator in Redcar, Teesside. This is initially a temporary role until Christmas, but does have the potential to lead into something longer.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining cost control systems and procedures. They will assist in the preparation and review of cost estimates and schedules of projects, as well as assist with forecasts and cash flow analysis. Additionally, they will develop cost plans and estimates, review contractor and subcontractor pricing, and collate commercial and cost reporting on a weekly/monthly basis.
Requirements:
- Experience with IFS and Maximo systems.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel packages.
- Ability to deal with clients in a professional manner.
- Good organisational skills.
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
