As an Aftersales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences. Working within our bustling call centre, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers regarding aftersales services, including maintenance, repairs, and parts inquiries. Your primary goal will be to provide accurate information, address customer concerns, and ensure swift resolution to enhance overall satisfaction.

- Basic Salary upto £23,795 - OTE £27,395

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding aftersales services such as maintenance, repairs, and parts inquiries.
- Listen attentively to customer queries, concerns, and feedback, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
- Provide accurate information on services, pricing, and availability of parts, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as service, parts, and technicians to facilitate timely resolution of customer issues.
- Schedule appointments for service and repairs, ensuring efficient utilization of available resources.
- Upsell additional services or products where appropriate, contributing to revenue generation and customer retention efforts.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Strive to exceed performance targets and KPIs related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanour.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume call centre setting.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,795.00-£27,395.00 per year
