The Role

We seek an experienced Senior Delivery Consultant to partner closely with our Business Development team and lead the creation and management of a high-performing delivery function. This role involves senior-level recruitment, onboarding, training junior resourcers, and optimizing sourcing and systems capabilities and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Leadership
    • Deliver on senior mandates (Director-level and above, with niche skillsets, demanding projects, and long lead times)
    • Be the bridge between Business Development and Delivery teams, aligning client expectations and delivery outcomes
    • Manage embedded solutions and higher volume project-based hiring assignments
  • Resource Training and Management
    • Onboard and induct new delivery team members, instilling the "BWP approach" talent pooling, relationship building, lead generating, and teamwork
    • Upskill the team to develop client-facing and account management capabilities
  • Systems and Reporting
    • Take ownership of CRM (Vincere) to develop sourcing pipelines, tagging, talent pools, and updating dormant candidate records
    • Drive data and reporting, including ratios and system-driven insights (e.g., time to hire, conversion ratios, client data)
    • Create and implement multi-channel sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates
  • Client Engagement and Strategy
    • Support the growth of embedded solutions and contribute to business strategies, including hiring, incentives, technology, and service innovation
    • Act as a client-facing account manager, ensuring polished communication and managing expectations vs reality

About You

Estimated Salary: AED 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include a competitive salary, performance-based bonus incentives, tier-one medical coverage, work-from-anywhere flexibility, and hybrid work arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of senior placements (Director level+ at AED 120,000+ salaries)
  • Experience in recruiting, managing, and onboarding junior resources
  • Strong research and deep sourcing capabilities
  • Experience with CRM systems (ideally Vincere) and a data-driven approach to recruitment
  • Expertise in RPO, embedded solutions, and project volume hiring
  • Industry experience in the built environment, real estate, infrastructure, utilities, or architecture sectors
  • Regional experience within the GCC market
  • Proactive, assertive, highly motivated, and capable of managing internally and using initiative
  • Accomplished soft skills and a relationship builder
