About the Role:
BI:PROCSI is seeking an experienced Delivery Excellence Lead to drive the successful delivery of our solutions across Data Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, and AI/GenAI domains. This role requires a strong leader who can guide and oversee project teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and cultivate a culture of technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project planning, risk management, and delivery timelines to ensure successful completion in line with Statements of Work (SoWs).
- Establish frameworks for systematic risk management and mentor team members to enhance their project execution abilities.
- Define, maintain, and communicate project plans, monitoring KPIs, and flagging any risks to timelines.

About the Candidate:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in project delivery within a technical consulting environment. The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing largescale projects, matrix management skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and communication skills. Experience in Agile project management, including knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools, is essential.
