Salary: £55,000-£70,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)

Job Description

As Area Lead - Delivery Excellence, you will play a critical role in driving the delivery of our programmes in your designated area. Your primary responsibility will be to lead an excellent team of delivery staff, working closely with them to implement training, quality, and accreditation processes.

You will also have oversight of compliance elements, driving best practices across our estates. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and delivering strategy for your area, ensuring continued growth that is worthwhile, strategic, and sustainable.
