About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Booking customers in at reception, managing customer flow, and ensuring a smooth experience
  • Hosting individuals and children's parties, delivering food to the lanes, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment
  • Working efficiently, showing initiative, and being friendly, with a focus on exceptional customer service
